Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day from confirmation.

  • During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Pre-orders and bulk orders follow the dispatch timeline mentioned at checkout or in direct communication.

 

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • Delivery locations and serviceability depend on courier partner availability.

 

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 1–3 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, local restrictions, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

  • Any promotions offering free shipping will be clearly displayed.

 

Address & Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including:

  • Full address

  • Correct pincode

  • Active phone number

Hypercrumbs is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Delivery Attempt & Non-Delivery

  • If the courier partner is unable to deliver due to the recipient's unavailability or incorrect details, re-delivery charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

  • If the package is returned as undeliverable, no refund will be issued.

 

Damaged or Tampered Packaging

  • If the package arrives in a damaged or tampered condition, do not accept the delivery.

  • If accepted, report the issue within 24 hours with photos/videos to be eligible for resolution.

 

Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

  • Please allow courier systems a few hours to reflect tracking details.

 

Pre-Orders & Bulk Orders

  • Dispatch dates for pre-orders, corporate gifting, and bulk orders are communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • Slight delays may occur due to production volume or logistics constraints.

 

Force Majeure

Hypercrumbs shall not be held liable for delay or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemic situations, or courier disruptions.
