At Hypercrumbs, we bake every batch fresh to order using premium ingredients and ship with care across India. Since our cookies are freshly baked food products, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

The Hypercrumbs Promise — First Order Guarantee

We stand behind every cookie we bake. If you don't love your first order for any reason, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. No questions asked. This applies to first-time orders only and is limited to one claim per customer.

Refund Eligibility — All Orders

For all orders beyond the first, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The product delivered is incorrect or incomplete
  • The package arrived damaged or tampered with
  • Your order was not delivered due to an error on our part
  • Your order was cancelled within the allowed cancellation window

Hypercrumbs reserves the right to deny claims in cases of suspected misuse or repeated abuse.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order has entered preparation or baking, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel, please contact us immediately via email, Instagram DM, or WhatsApp with your order details.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of fresh-baked food products:

  • We do not accept physical returns of cookies once delivered.

 

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The product delivered is incorrect or incomplete.
  • The package arrived damaged or tampered with.
  • Your order was not delivered due to an error attributable to us.
  • Your order was cancelled within the permitted cancellation window.
  • Your first order qualifies under the Hypercrumbs Promise.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation.
  • Delivery delays caused by third-party courier partners.
  • Incorrect address, phone number, or delivery instructions provided by the customer.
  • Failed deliveries due to the recipient's unavailability.
  • Damage caused after successful delivery.
  • Partially consumed or intentionally altered products.
  • Bulk, corporate, customized, or pre-order purchases.

As our cookies are handmade in small batches, slight variations in appearance, texture, or colour may naturally occur.

 

Pre-Orders, Bulk Orders & Customized Orders

  • Pre-orders, bulk orders, and customized orders are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Customized orders may include corporate gifting, personalized notes, custom packaging, or made-to-order batches.
  • Delivery timelines for pre-orders are indicative and may occasionally vary due to production or logistics constraints.

 

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time is 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Limitation of Liability

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases of defective products, wrong delivery, or non-delivery attributable to us.

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
